Brett has definitely been withholding info from me because if I had known all his little "wild" day adventures with the kids was so much fun (especially for someone like me) I would have begged to go with them instead of politely declining and telling him it was his daddy kid time and my alone time. I guess he let his mom in on his secrets because Terri planned for us all to head out towards "Rogers Trough" area for a day in the sun. George Strait wasn't kidding when he said we had some nice ocean front property in AZ. Our little "beach" area couldn't have been more perfect. The water was a good depth, the sand was soft and nice and the sun was giving off some nice (but not too hot) rays...what more could you ask for.
What's a good day trip without catching a few zzzz's before we get there?! Bradock definitely gets his open-mouth sleeping technique from Brett.

Why have I lived in AZ for 27 years and have never done that??? Super fun! Love the open mouth shot. That's how I sleep...;)

What a great time! It's funny because nobody knows about this fun beach.. Including myself. Have fun celebrating Brett's birthday tonight!
