This weekend the whole Flaherty clan headed to Rocky Point, Mexico. We were missing the Hall family because Mindi is very close to having her baby girl, so she didn't want to risk having a "Mexican" baby. We sure missed them, but we still managed to have a great time. The Gonzalez boys have been asking when we were going to the beach house in "Mesico" (don't you love the way little kids pronounce things) for several weeks now. Let's just say the questioning grew more intense on our drive down. However, once we got there we had a blast. We stayed in the Senoran Sun condos and it was beautiful. We hung out at the pools and beach, collected sea shells, played lots of Joker Poker, watched movies, played golf, shopped, got pedicures and just had a great time hanging out as a family. Oh, and we ate lots of tacos and Thrifty's icecream. What would a Mexico trip be like without the tacos. I truly believe food brings a family together and we had a lot of it. Isn't that what vacationing is all about?? I think Mexico has become one of our favorite getaways. The only thing that could have made the trip better was having Bradock there. Bradock got to hang out with my mom and dad all weekend and they loved every minute with him. I didn't realize how attached I am to Bradock and how lost I felt without him. As much as I missed him, I must admit that it was nice to get away. Here are some pics my parents took of Bradock while he was with them.

Looks like so much fun. I want to go so bad. I have never been to Mexico!! Can you believe it?
Looks like you all had a blast, even your mom watching Bradock. Donnie, you look like a movie star in the picture wearing the hat. Love it!! Glad you had a chance to get a way. What would we do without mothers to watch the babies?
Brett and Donnie -- Hey I know this may be a blast from the past but I have been checking out your blog and thought I would drop you a line. Donnie, I doubt you know me but I used to hang out with your husband a long time ago. It is so great to see pictures of your family and see your new addition. Braddock is such an amazing little guy and both of you look great.
