Brett and Bradock got invited to join the Halls' and Gonzalez's Fathers and Sons outing. They left Friday afternoon and headed up to the cool country up on the rim. I decided to have Brett check the weather reports before they left because I wanted to make sure I packed my baby well. Good thing too because it ended up being pretty chilly and windy. Bradock had so much fun playing in the dirt and pinecones. I forgot to pack the camera for Brett, but thanks to technology he sent me several pix messages from his phone.

I was a little worried as to how Bradock would do sleeping in a tent. I offered to send the pack-n-play, but Brett said a sleeping bag would be just fine. Bradock did so good and slept his normal 12 hours. Brett made sure I knew he was warm and doing okay. 
This was my "good morning" text. I just love this little boy and mornings are always my favorite because he wakes up with a big ol' smile on his face. What a cutie!

Campouts are so fun! Stan is going on the Father's and Son's this weekend...it's so fun for the boys to go with their dads!
How fun!! I LOVE father n sons!! What a good dad Brett is to take Bradock. Layne is going this weekend & I am trying to convince him to take Brody...he says his rule is they have to be out of diapers!! I am so jealous that he is such a good sleeper!!!! Even when he is not in his bed!
Those pictures are so cute. Father and sons is coming up for us as well. It is always something I look forward to, I love them spending great quality time together, but it is hard for me sending them off. Im always a little nervous...just wanting them safe. Glad they had fun :)
Lucky! We just had our Father and Sons and there was no way Russell was going to take Lucas and he's 2!!! I was so bummed because I knew he would have loved it. I guess if he was camping in our trailer he would have brought him....weak. That is so cute that he went on his first outing with dad.
