Raylee got her two bottom teeth...yipee they finally came through!
I ran the 10K in London's Run with Rachel on Saturday. We didn't get any pics, which we were so bummed because I left my camera in the car, but I am so glad we made it out there for our second year in a row.
Here is Bradock ready to go jogging with mom in the mornings.
Got to stretch first.
Brett and I moved our queen bed into Raylee's bedroom, so Brett and I now have a king bed. I can't believe we went over 6 years sleeping in a queen. Since our king bed was just a box and mattress on rails, Brett's mom got the great idea of taking this medallion she had and build a head board around it. Our wonderful Bob the Builder got to work in his wood shop and ended up building, with the help of his friend Monty Hogle, a beautiful head board. I am absolutely amazed at how it turned out. Terri put some finishing touches with her paint expertise and Ta Dah we have a brand new bed! It is super heavy, so Brett had to have lots of help getting it up our stairs. Bradock came in our room the next morning and looked up and said "WOW"! He stole the words right out of my mouth.
I love going to the Farmer's market for fresh produce. It is so CHEAP and super yummy. It'skind of hard to grocery shop with two little ones, especially since the carts are so small at the market. Usually I strap Raylee to me with the baby bjorn, but I had forgotten it, so Bradock had to sit in the actual basket, so Raylee could sit in the seat. Bradock was having fun holding all the food I was loading on top of him, but as we were about to check out I look down and see him halfway through with eating a peach with the juice all over his hands, face and shirt. I told him to hold it up and show the lady what he had taken. She just laughed and added it to our bill. Bradock then had to say goodbye to everyone there.
I have been going to Fitness Works and having so much fun working out with Rachel and Lindi...Body Combat rocks!
I made a couple extra hundred bucks selling random stuff in my sister's garage sale...whoohoo! My mom and I played bingo last Thursday night and had a blast. My mom has a condo down here in a active senior community (don't worry we tease my parents all the time that they are getting so OLD!) and they have bingo every Thursday night. My mom went with my Aunt Velma the week before and in Velma's words "Bingo sure beats the hell out of FHE". I sure love my Aunt Velma. Anyways, my mom and I weren't very lucky that night, but we will definately have to go again.
I also had my final post visit with our social worker yesterday, so she can send her final report to the judge for our adoption hearing on Feb 24th.
It is definately starting off to be a very busy month! Can't wait to see what this next week brings.
