Upping the Intensity

When I do cardio I either like to do interval sprints or incline walking on the treadmill. I usually alternate between the two. In fact besides lifting weights the only cardio I did when I was prego was incline walking it's great for working the backside. Anyways Brett snapped this super attractive pic  (eh eh) of me while incline walking. I usually crank it to the highest incline (15%) and walk at a speed where my heart rate stays between 130-140bpm. Now add my super adorable workout partner to my back and it makes for one good sweat sesh:)
