Better Late than Never

In January, Bradock had his 9 month pics with Steve Nissle and I just picked them up a couple of days ago. I was so excited to finally get them, even though they were taken almost 2 months ago. I fell in love with the black and white pic because it was around that time that Bradock really started to notice all the "little" things around him (like lint on your clothes or a crumb on the floor). I know it sounds silly, but I was just fascinated by Bradock grabbing something with his thumb and pointer finger instead of his whole fist. Now I know why moms get a kick out of the most simple things.

Anyways, Bradock also had his 9 mo. check up back in January and I wanted to post his measurements for memory sake. He came in at 30.5in long (95th percentile) and 19lbs 8oz (30th percentile). He is still on track to having that basketball player physique...tall and skinny. I am just glad to know he is growing healthy and strong. In fact, a couple days ago Bradock decided to ditch the whole army crawl and has made a mad dash on all fours. In fact, yesterday he was able to stand all by himself without holding anything...yikes walking here he comes. I definately have to keep a better watch on him because he is now sticking rocks in his mouth and getting into Maggie's water bowl. Church is becoming a little more interesting with a little boy on the run. It is so fun to experience each new stage. I can't wait for his birthday in April...wow, almost a year! Where has the time gone?
