Florida Fun

So sad this is the only family pic I got of our whole trip, but at least I got this one!

Here are our mostly highlights and just a few lowlights of the first ever "Tindall" family trip with the kids:
-Flying on an airplane! The kids were so excited until we actually took off and Raylee looked out the window and yells, "We are floating!" then she began to cry because reality hit and she realized we were really high in the sky. 3 seconds of tears and some words of reassurance and she was a-okay. Those were the last tears we had on the plane...Bradock and Raylee were the BEST little travelers...thanks to some major movie viewing on my iPad
-Arriving in Florida with a 3 hour difference and realizing I lost my camera on the flight over...no bueno...thank goodness I had my dad's camera to use, but never did get use to the time change
-Staying in a beautiful resort...Loews Portifino...muy bueno
-Treading through Epcot Center all day Thursday in the pouring rain...oh well, the kids and Brett looked pretty darn cute in their ponchos and it was the only day that it rained there
-Riding around in our 12 passenger rent-a-van and looking for a place to eat that wasn't a two hour wait...couldn't have been more excited to find an Uno's Pizzeria that got us right in
-Enjoying the much wanted and needed sunshine on Friday as we visited MAGIC KINGDOM...loved all the princesses, Buzzlight Year ride and dancing with the chipmunks. Did not like losing Raylee in the princess store when she ran off because she was mad she wasn't going to get the princess dress she wanted. Scariest 10 minutes of my life, but we luckily found her and lucky her Grandma ended up buying her a cute "Cinderella" dress. Bradock got a captain hook sword and hook...funniest thing but he loves it
-Watching Justing and Ashley act like big kids themselves on all the rides
-Had so much fun Saturday at Universal Studios Adventure...especially the fun boat ride from our resort to the park, watching my kids be all grown-up on the Jurassic Park glider ride (which they did awesome), getting completely and totally drenched on the water log ride and loving every minute in Dr. Suess land. I must say the "Hulk" ride and the "Dueling Dragon" rollercoasters were insane and not recommended on a full tummy
-Loved chillin by the resort pool...so did the kids. Bradock loved the big water slide and we adults loved all the delicious food we ate pool side.
-Had a another fun day on Sunday at Animal Kingdom...loved the Lion King and Nemo shows and the awesome Safari ride.
The kids were pooped by the end of the trip, but had a blast. Thanks mom and day for four crazy, fun whirlwind days at four different parks...you guys are the best!!! Thanks Chance, Sarah, McKai, Justin and Ashley for making the trip that much more fun...can't wait for our next family adventure!
