After the kids' stellar performance in Aunt Char's nativity program we all headed back to the Flaherty house for the kids' big Christmas surprise from Grandma and Grandpa Flaherty...a trip to Disneyland!!! Terri had matching t-shirts made for all of us, so the kids got to open their present to find the shirt inside. They could not have been more excited. So, early Thursday morning we all crammed in our cars and headed to Cali. We stayed in this beautiful beach house near Oceanside beach. It was seriously awesome and fit the whole Flaherty crew. Thursday evening we hit up the beach and just hung out. Friday we got up early again to visit the much anticipated "Happiest Place on Earth". The kids couldn't have loved it more. Brett and I were so proud of Bradock and Raylee who seriously rode any ride they could...even the Tower of Terror. After that ride Raylee looks at us and says, "that was kind of scary, but I'm ok! Can we go on a fun ride now?" hahahaha...love that girl:) Disneyland of course ended with extremely exhausted kids...and parents! Saturday we just hung around the beach, rode the beach cruisers, the boys went surfing, played games, ate and had a blast. We packed up our stuff on Sunday and headed home. Of course, we had to make a little stop at the Mormom Batallion musuem...such a cool place! We had an awesome time and it was so fun to hang around the Flaherty fam. Since moving to Payson we don't get to see everyone as much, so it was a blast to get together:)
