The other day I found out that there will be a neighborhood Turkey Trot starting at the Kimbal Stake Center. It is free and for anyone that would like to participate. You are welcome to run, walk, ride your bike or whatever you want to do to complete the almost 3mile course. The kids got really excited about it and decided they wanted to ride their bikes. I told Raylee she couldn't ride her bike with training wheels so she decided right then and there that she wanted to learn how to ride with no training wheels. Brett took her outside for a little crash course but it wasn't until the next day when I took the kids down to their school to play that she really got going. We tried a few times with me holding on to her and then it was pretty apparent that she could do it by herself. It didn't take much and off she went riding like a pro. Bradock even taught her how to push start the bike on her own. It seriously amazes me how fast kids catch on to something and how quickly they seem to do it like they have been doing it forever. I'm not sure why we decided to finally learn how to ride in the cold winter but we are just so glad Ray can finally ride a bike on her own.
