Family Workouts

Since having Rigdon my workout schedule has had to change. I actually felt good enough to start working out a little at about 2 weeks post-partum and at 4 weeks post-partum I began teaching my HIIT classes again at the gym. I'm working on getting my endurance and strength back but with a newborn and with breast feeding getting to the gym isn't so easy. So I have had to resort to at-home workouts in my garage. Brett and I have been doing some workouts together in the evening and the kids have been begging to join in. So now it's a family affair and I couldn't be more proud. Raylee thought it was so cool that we were all wearing Nikes:) Go Team Flaherty!
